It means at least 30 teams passed on Floyd on waivers, as Dallas and New England have the final two claims. There's no questioning Floyd's talent, but his attitude and decision-making got him cast out of the desert. Floyd is just three days removed from getting arrested for drunk driving. He was also struggling mightily on the field, pulling a compete 180 from an impressive 2015. If Floyd is motivated, he's a potentially massive addition to a team missing Rob Gronkowski, but the receiver corps is crowded at the top. Floyd isn't on the Week 15 fantasy radar.
