Not sure why that would be pathetic?  It's a fair assumption to make.

If you can bring him in for 12-15 million a season, you do it. He can win in this league.

Oh indeed, Jets fans love other teams failures more than just about anyone.

They can't start manuel, they will wreck his confidence facing the Juggernaut jets defense.

Every single media person and ex player analyst will be blasting the shi* out of the bills for not giving rex enough time.

They're trying to lose!  We must match their level of $hit.

Start Ryan Fitzpatrick!

Amongst many others, aye.

Of course when all we manage to draft and develop ourselves is dogsh*t like Geno Smith and Mark Sanchez, maybe chasing other teams failures makes more sense....

9-7, 8-8 .. Bills haven't been to the playoffs since the 90's ..that's enough to do it. That's almost the situation here.

Question : Is Tyrod Taylor injured or hurt ?

They are trying to protect him, indications that they aren't dumping him

This is interesting now that Rex is gone.... Their OC Lynn seems to like Manual more... He might be looking to put his own stamp on things now and that might mean getting rid of TT

So it's not close in the fact that we are both playoff starved organizations that are quick to want results and if not, you're outta here? Nah, that's very much the situation.

They are protecting him because if he gets hurt, his 30 mil is guaranteed. Tyrod looks like he's a goner

Injury. Thought you were smart enough to know this

Injury? Because the Jets defense is so rough and aggressive and have been injuring opposing teams QB's all season long.

You obviously missed the point where I explained that I wasn't  necessarily comparing the year gap and more of the fan base and coach situation. This is why people laugh at you.

This. They dont want to be on the hook for almost $30 million in guarantees if he gets hurt.

How about this the Bills want to see what EJ Manuel can do so going into the off season they could evaluate their QB situation unlike the Jets who seem reluctant to start Hackenberg to evaluate him.

Bills will bench Tyrod Taylor for EJ Manuel in Sunday's finale, source tells ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. Bills want to protect themselves because Taylor has $30M injury guarantee for 2017.
