Jets Daily Dosage.
Needs to be the starting running back next year. Kid is a stud
Mecca
Yeah, I originally believed we should draft Fournette at 6. Now, after this last month of play I'm leaning towards BPA
ScarletKnight89
Yup. The Jets don't need to invest anymore money at RB. If anything, they need to be looking to unload Forte, draft a young guy somewhere in the draft to be a compliment to Powell. That position is set as far as i'm concerned. BurnleyJet
Agreed, Powell should have been this year. In a positive point, Dozier, and Shell looked good on the right side.

rangerous
just wait a sec. powell certainly finished very strong and he does have all of the skills. but sometimes people think that the jets were somehow overlooking his abilities. maybe somewhat true but at the same time powell has gotten much faster since his rookie year and he still gets nicked up. i'm not saying that powell shouldn't get his due or even consideration to be the feature back but his ability wasn't always apparent. he's been improving each season. ASH1962
BP cannot take the pounding that a FT RB takes. He is always injured. I would draft a stud RB, we need playmakers and as much speed as is possible.
UpstateJetsGuru
We need a bruiser in short yardage situations. At least better play calling. Powell up the gut twice on 4th and 1?
bealeb319
He had a shot at starting before and was unimpressive. I don't think he is a bad player but I don't think he is a stud despite a few good games. The biggest problem is that he is probably going to be looking to get paid like an rb1 and our money might be better spent in other places. In my opinion we would be better off spending the money attempting to fix our oline or secondary before the draftSent from my LG-D850 using Tapatalk

Also, he's already under contract for the next two seasons I believe and it's reasonable money.

thebuzzardman
Most Jetsy move: Bring back Powell as feature back. Bring back Chan Gaily as OC Gaily calls for Powell to run 30 times a game first 8 games. Powell spends rest of the year on IR
kevinc855
Bp played with heart all season, that's what I like most about him. Kid wants yards and to win
MaxAF
Definitely looked great the last few games the way he has been running, "violent wreckless abandonment" which is exciting, but he will not last a whole season running like that and has been banged up in the past. Definitely Beasty running.

Jetdawgg
Jets need to get another feature back. The more pressure the O can put on the opposing team D the better. Also QB may still be an issue next season. The work around option would not be a bad move
