Mcshay all had him as a number 1 talent. If he was a number one talent someone would have taken a risk. It is very simple look at Winston that kid was as immature as they come, he came with lots of baggage and he was the number one overall pick. He was never a top 3 pick like Winston. Winston had a great arm since he also played baseball. I never said Cook was Winston.
