Rosen made some crazy throws that had scouts buzzing. Darnold can do things that Rosen can't — ie making plays with his feet. Both made critical errors in scoring territory but their NFL traits were obvious. They filled the roster spot by activating RB Akeem Judd from the practice squad. They signed former Wisconsin QB Joel Stave to the practice squad, giving them a third arm at practice. Stave was an undrafted free agent in 2016. Made good decisions. A little too quick with some throws. Must be more accurate in the red zone. Avoid tipped passes at the line; he said that cost them about four completions.
