That is possible, but I don't see why it would be. The guy is a no-name WR coach for the past six years. He has a whopping one year as OC in college. Why would he need any such assurance to take an OC job? This isn't a guy with such an ascending career we needed to beg. We were his only interview as far as I can tell. This guy is a no-name. He is not even the most well known John Morton at USC. We have had 4 HCs now in a row with ZERO ZIP NADDA HC experience at any level before getting the top job here (except Bowles brief stint as interim in Miami). No wonder they have a tough time not barfing all over the clock at the end of halves.
