He's got his mind right and seems to be making the right reads but his tackling form needs work. This is correctable and with his work ethic and commitment to the game this wont be a problem for very long. He's still way ahead of where most 21 year old safeties are.

Certainly needs to wrap up better , but at least he's in the right position to be making the plays which is much better than last years starting safeties.

I'm confident this kid will be a star , he's an extremely hard worker and will be motivated after watching this week's game film.

I didnt like his film either... but what do I know.  The Jets scouts have clearly done a fabulous job.

Yeah, the whole scouting world should have called you to find out what you thought about a player many thought was the best of the draft.

And after 2 preseason games, less than a game of actual play, you should start patting yourself on that back now.

You should consider changing your ID to "Jetsnutsinmymouth."  No matter what they do, you swing from the franchise sack.

All of my venom towards the scouts notwithstanding, the guy that advocated for Robby Anderson deserves a promotion.

You should change your name to Itoldyouso.  Youre constantly posting shlt about your picks.  People tell you to stop, you keep going with the same idea.  Last time you told us you would be a good GM who could draft successfully.

Now find one post here where Im swinging from anything about this franchise.  Being able to understand what I watch, to not just whine that I could do better as you do, doesnt make me a homer.  Youre easily confused

Touche.  But if you need more evidence of my ability to evaluate talent... go back and look at my scouting of the consensus top 3 QBs last year.  I liked Wentz #1, Goff #2, and wouldn't have drafted Paxton at all.  I also said people were quitting on Goff way too soon.  Goff stood in the pocket countless times for a mediocre college team and delivered the ball accurately over and over knowing full well he was about to get crushed.  Something Hack rarely did.

Lynch?  A backpedaling pansy with his cutesy "flavor sava"...

We should start a QB draft scouting service, I had Wentz, Prescott 1, 2 last year, and Mahomes 1 this year.

What was your report on Maye? On the other Maye looks outstanding so far.

That was a very nasty jump cut by the back in defense to Adams, I seen him make worse plays in this game then the one in the tweet.

It was tweeted because it happened first. I'll put them all up in a film review this week

I am in.  I didn't watch any film on Dak.  Kudos.

FTR, my biggest miss of the last 3 years was OBJ.  I saw a guy that seemed to lose his balance too easily.  Boy was I wrong about that.  Turns out he was actually so athletic, his body was changing direction at an absurd rate of speed that few could do without stumbling at least a little.  In my defense, I might not have missed that if I saw him in person as opposed to youtube videos.

While your at it go back to the first game where he is seen telling the whole defense the play is a run to the right side, and it's actually a play fake right to a back side screen, and luckily for the Jets the WR makes a piss poor block as there was like 2 Jets to like 7 Titans ready to escort RB to end zone because the whole D bit on the run fake mostly because Adams said so.

I was begging for ODB to fall to Jets that year, but you know Geno had to go 8-8.

They showed him saying that? Or was he just saying something? Safety checks can be as simple as saying the running back is off set
