Or was that somebody else That was he on the Heeb factor. That game was SOMETHING to enjoy and just marvel at. Let's just hope he doesn't decide to go for his MBA just yet and heads into the draft for Spring '18. His release and velocity, REAL VELOCITY, was just something that you do not see every week in the NFL, let alone from the home team @ Metlife when the Jets host. Yeah that was it exactly. Great job!!! No...actually....I asked if Jews would prefer him over Darnold becasue they might appreciate having one of their own on their team since they were 1 and 1a in the scouting world. Kind of like when I was totally gutted by us passing on Marino. Not only was he a great talent. But he was a paisan. But as usual some snowflake pussy had to ruin everything. IIRC it was a username that had something to do with a safety school - anyway he threw a bitch fit and cried until the thread got closed. Oh well. SMC
Incredible comeback. During the game they kept saying that 35 points was the biggest NCAAF deficit, but was that in the 3rd quarter like this one? The Jets benefit from Darnold, Rosen and Allen being good this year and good QB prospects. So I don't understand any Jet fan rooting for one over the other. If all 3 are good, that means the Jets will be in a good spot to draft one of them. It's like the NBA draft. You want more prospects at a position of need to be good so you're guaranteed to get one with a high pick. 2

Darnold has a Dome Stadium arm Darnold has a good arm from what I could tell last year. I don't think it's Josh Allen area, but good arm. I'm wondering if his new mechanics with throwing has an effect on velocity as he gets adjusted to it. He should have looked better, I felt like he was off his game yesterday. Need to see if it's a trend or an anomaly. The guy I wasn't THAT surprised by was Allen, because he has a GREAT arm but when that team faces even a decent team, he tends to fold really badly. His tape against Nebraska was just horrible, and the stat line should have been worse. He's a project QB but with top tier upside. I think the hope was that he would make some improvements this year, which would elevate his play against better teams. For example, in this game, Rosen abused the defense by going to the TE, which forced them to alter their defense. In response, Rosen noticed the change and hit receivers as well. I thought the 4th down screen call was excellent (at least in the moment) because the defense showed blitz from both sides, and they covered the TE (at the line, I didn't follow him through the play). Also showed excellent touch by lofting the ball to a certain place and letting his guy run under it with momentum because the whole area was clear. We've seen Hackenberg hold onto the ball longer to get a direct path at the screen, blowing up the play. 1
