Sam Darnold

Josh Rosen

JOsh Allen

Clayton Thorson

Baker Mayfield

Jake BRowning

Luke Falk

Lamar JAckson

This is a QB loaded draft. The Jets dont need the top pick to get a good QB. So dont bitch about winning a game with the young talent performing well

Jets need a supertalent that can overcome derelict coaching.

Project QBs have zero chance here.

Anyone see the game DeShaun Watson had today? Despite the fact that the Texans lost (because of the a$$hole refs, by the way), he looked great. We could have had him at 6. Instead, we pick a safety, which was a position in need but it's alot easier to pick up a solid safety than a franchise QB.

I'm in on Tyler Rodgers with the 3rd pick. Can't miss.

If we had picked Watson and he struggled you would be leading the "how did we pass on Adams? Group". It's easy to complain after the fact. Hindsight makes everyone a little bit smarter.

It is hard to be a true fan and complain when the Jets win.

I wanted to see the defense play well-there are young players on that defense who did not play well, and did not play well together, in the last 2 games.  It was the hope this season that the defense would be ahead of the offense and provide a good foundation for a competitive future as early as next year.  The defense looked great.   Before delving too deep, it may be possible that the poor performance of the ILBs in games 1 and 2 was really due to the poor performance of the DL.

The offensive success, at least at the skill positions, was for the most part from one year rentals.  That disappoints me a bit.  If we draft lower because of how our one year rentals perform, to me we have not gained anything.

If we played our future on offense and defense, developing all of them, I would accept whatever record resulted.

Miami was supposed to be  a playoff team.  They are now 0-2, giving them a 12% playoff likelihood.  Someone must be angry.

Can the college season finish first? Darnold has 9 tds and 7 picks. Meh.

I know. When the draft rolls around and Darnold isn't selected # 1 it will be funny. DMC...we have to get DMC. Lose this game. Guys DMC is a beast.

The Jets win, DMC goes to the Raiders at 3. The Jets draft Gholston at 5.

Guess what?

  • DMC has had a nice career with one 1,000 yard season for the team that drafted him.
  • He has average year is 602.5 yards rushing.
  • Joe Flacco was drafted 18th overall that year.

The Jets aren't going to be close to the first pick. I have said it a million times, they won't be drafting in the top 5. The defense showed why today.
