Oh, I believe that he will have a good 3-4 year run. At least to ASU standards.

But it was awkward that he seemed to know know what ASU's mascot is.

I hope Herm is successful because it’ll mean more Herm press conferences. He says he delegates things to people “so they feel like they’re part of it”.  But probably the real reason he delegates is because he doesn’t really know how to be a coach (beyond the motivational side of things).  I just know I believe him when he says he doesn’t have all the answers.
