Hahahahahaha how long shall we wait for this “improvement” he was awfullllll

What else you want from a Jet #2 under a bad gm ? Not hackenberg that’s for sure. Not a non blue chip qb Mac drafts next yr. McCown is our best option for starter next yr, you want to sign a  “ McCown lite “ to be his backup? ?

A qb that completes more then half his passes? And when he misses doesn’t miss by feet but but inches? Is that to much to ask?

For a NYJ backup ? Yes it is ? he is a spitting image of mark Sanchez, who should never have been a starter either. We can barely find a good starter, we can’t expect our #2 to play on the level of other teams #2s ha

I never had confidence in him to bring the team back but he did bring us within 5 with that TD drive and made some plays but was inconsistent. So I'm looking forward to seeing him play more and hopefully improve. He will probably be on the Jets next season and have a role probably as a backup. As for Hack you can't say he's terrible until you see him on the field. If the Jets retain him chances are he'll be on the Practice Squad next year and available for another team to sign. PS Petty is a UFA in 2019.
