Bowles and his stupid smirk and not knowing how to manage a game. He needs to go. Petty seems nice enough but he isn't good. He makes Sanchez look awesome. Who told little Gnatson he was allowed to cut back a dozen times like hes Ted Ginn Jr? Mo, he took a paycheck and decided he made it and didn't need to bother trying anymore. Forte suuuucks. I don't think it is 100%. Let's face it, Bowles will want to stay "his" course, draft more defense, sign McClown or another jag veteran and try to win 16-13. The Johnsons at some point have to realize that is a hard sell to the fanbase. We need excitement. Mayfield. An offensive head coach, an entirely new team philosophy. We will see. A blowout next week and you never know.

If it doesn't matter to Woody Johnson that Bowles has QUIT on his team TWICE now, he doesn't deserve the fans money any more. I am disgusted at Bowles leaving timeouts in his pocket while the clock winds down. Even Dan Fouts - who wouldn't say sh^t if he had a mouthful - remarked at Bowles not using his timeouts. This guy has got to go and the next HC needs to have experience.

Bowles had a two year extension locked up before today. The way the defense played their probably talking about 3 years now.

They went for it before the first half with Petty. They use all their time outs at the end of the game they just didn't use it on third down that use that on 4th. Plenty of things to criticize Bowles about this isn't one of them.

Bowles doesn't draft players or sign FAs, why does this confuse so many fans.  I know you want to blame one person for every bad move, it's easier than having to work out details.

If you look at our drafts it is impossible not to see that Bowles has tremendous impact on who we draft.

Sure, the tried and true JN idea that every draft pick who plays on the D side of the ball was made by the defensive HC.  Impossible to believe that the GM, who's name, legacy and livelyhood is tied to HIS draft picks will listen to a HC that has no history or knowledge of scouting.  Who will never be blamed for a poor draft.  Sorry, it's impossible to think that Macc would listen to a HC to that degree.

Wait a damn minute our great GM found Jojo Watson all 31 other NFL teams missed him this is Macc's strong points he brings in all the sh*t-bags no other team wants then acts like he's signed future Hall of Famers. 

Woody Johnson should have never listened to the old coot senile Charlie Casserly in hired Mike Maccagnan. 

Our roster is a product of his environment 3 years later 5-11 quitting and being embarrassed week after week.

You can believe what you want but I think Bowles has HUGE, maybe even decision making influence on the top end of the draft.

There is a group of people; scouts, coaches, and the GM who put together the draft board.  The GM has final say but the head coach certainly has input into the decision making.

If Bowles is the coach in 2018 then the owner just isn't paying attention.  I truly believe that if it's the oraganization's intention to draft a QB in the 1st round, Bowles will be fired and an offensive minded coach will be brought in.  Fingers crossed.
