In a conference call with the New York media, Bill Belichick's opening statement on the Jets was 436 words. He mentioned 11 players by name, including special teamers JoJo Natson, Terrence Brooks, Rontez Miles and Chandler Catanzaro. Belichick praised the defense (naturally), but he didn't mention any names, oddly. Asked about QB Bryce Petty, he said, "Impressive. Big guy, has a good arm, has good mechanics." This is vintage Belichick. Can't take anyone lightly, especially when you're favored by more than two touchdowns.

Sad that this is the last Jets game we get to watch for a long long time

At least you get the playoffs for three more weeks

Football is like the Orient Express, a great ride that leaves you stranded at the end saying, "now what am I going to do?"

For the most part you are right playoff football is always exciting and you really have no stake in the game.

When I really go into good time NY Jets withdrawals I usually watch Super Bowl 3 or the win against NE in the playoffs, good times.
