southtown24th
I am all about this guy at #6. If you look at past misses like Milliner, Pryor, Coples, Wilson, etc. It's worth the risk with this guy at #6.

SayNoToDMC
He's better than anyone on our roster. That should be reason enough to take him. I don't know which ******* safeties are projected top 10 this year though.

southtown24th
Weaknesses: Undersized; shorter than ideal Poor footwork Gets happy feet in the pocket Inconsistent field vision Can have issues reading the field Teams question how will he perform when forced to stay in the pocket? TnT
I was on the fence before today...at this point I think he’s got a good chance to be a good qb in the nfl.
long suffering jets fan
Hmm Georgia sacked Mayfield twice in a row. Georgia figured out how to close down his running lanes and he can't seem to see over the Offensive Line. Oklahoma is winning, but not sure for how long. Plenty of game left. Everything is skewed with Mayfield for me. He's a shorter Watson who played less competition and has off-the-field issues. So seeing fans salivate over Mayfield while last year they were so against Watson perplexes me. Unless the the football gods seduce the Browns to take Josh Allen at 1, I think the Jets have screwed themselves for the foreseeable future by passing on Watson last year for a S. long suffering jets fan
Let's face it, it's hard to pick a QB in the first round when you have so many other needs. Do you get the QB and build the team around him, or build the team then add the quarterback. I think the Jets are going the latter route at this point. Last year they weren't ready for a rookie QB. long suffering jets fan
Mayfield just threw an INT, almost a pick 6. Georgia 38 and Oklahoma 31. Let's see if Mayfield can rise to the occasion.
Rangers9
The skill position players in this game especially for Georgia are the key not the Qbs. But the pick by Mayfield was a bad throw and a terrible decision.

The position attracts alpha a-hole egomaniacs. Would be better to have a decent guy, but it's not a requirement. And there are days where the QB has to take charge, not have a long memory and not much care what anyone else thinks. Now being an stone drunk, different story. Manziel is a case study in how that can be a disaster.
