For some reason Maccarron has Arizona written all over him to me. Just a hunch I have but it makes sense to me and I feel that's where he will end up.

Bradford is done he went on IR last season without even getting hit he has a degenerative knee.  Mayfield is a Mark Sanchez clone with Johnny Manziel’s attitude no thanks

Don't want Bradford and Mayfield is nowhere near what you describe him as. Its all moot as I doubt they take him if he is there at 6.

Well its finally here. FA starts and I think a lot of guys are going to be disappointed at the results. Unless Macc pulls a complete 180 and makes some things happen I believe it may be underwhelming. I hope I'm wrong but... Macc is Macc.

What do you mean by underwhelming? What would that be to you?

Signing a Giants castoff that couldn't play on their suspect O-line.

Completely ignoring the WR position.

Not signing a TE and overpaying ASJ.

Overpaying a suspect QB instead of drafting one.

Signing second-tier guys at CB and paying them like 1st tier guys.

He could play on that line, he was hurt.

That's a matter of opinion and as bad as that line is that is hardly a ringing endorsement.

That's not a matter of opinion. PFF has him listed as an average center

PFF also has Brent Jones ranked higher. Why go for just the "average" guy when there are better guys out there? Typical Macc thinking.

So NFL Network's morning show called us the "best young defensive core" in the league.

Just another example of the national press really loving this team.

New York JetsVerified account @nyjets

“This might be the best young defensive core in the league.” Thanks for the love, @gmfb 👊

Well it just goes to show ya that like you, they don't know Jack Schitt.

I'm not trolling. I'm illustrating a gaping dichotomy that keeps coming up over and over.

Enunwa/Andersen/Kearse. This team has bigger issues than WR

You have to be kidding. Enunwa: A guy who may not even play again and if he does you don't know what you will get or what he will be able to do.

Anderson: An immature headcase with obvious mental issues who should probably be in therapy before he goes back on the field for his own good.

Kearse: A serviceable WR who can play but is not a true #1 and should not be expected to be.

The rest are late round flyers who have done nothing on the field. The Jets don't need help at WR. Yeah keep telling yourself that.

Sammy Watkins isn't a #1 either.  Also, there is a huge difference between saying they don't need help(which he didn't) and saying they have bigger areas of need.

I agree. I didn't want Watkins. He named 2 guys who are suspect at best, 1 of which may or may not even see the field this year as sure things. They are not as I pointed out. To say that the WR's on this team is not one of the biggest issues is shortsighted IMO. They need to address this position with as high a priority as any other area of need after the QB position. You can have the best QB in the world but if he has just 1 guy to throw too you are going nowhere.

Suh is a colossal prick who the Jets should want nothing to do with. He is a divisive force in the locker room and his bullsh*t was a big reason why the Lions didn't give him a big contract. Hopefully he takes that rumored less money to go elsewhere.
