UnitedWhofans
Last time the Jets had this much money in FA, MAcc made splash signings and it blew up. So this time he's going to spread the money around to fill as many holes as he can. So it makes sense that the Jets aren't making splashy moves

HessStation
Whoever the first round QB is and protecting him is all that really matters for me this year. so until all the top OL are elsewhere I'll try and be patient. Trey Burton would have made too much sense though.

We would be less toxic to Free agents, if we set a Franchise up in Chernobyl. We will be over paying Teddy Bridge after all the best FA QB's are already signed. The first two werent' wrongs if he got great years out of them your shortsightedness is exactly why the jets are where they are. the front office thinks year to year, which is why they are afraid to draft and develop qbs, why they prefer veterans on offense and why they draft defense. every single move they make is intended to minimize the chance of embarrassment, but what it ultimately does is limit the upside. right now there is no upside on this offense. they have no pass rushers. this is what wins games. He splashed on Revis Skrine Marhsall and Cro All of whom were old when we signed them with the exception of Skrine. Revis was still dominant but everyone expected 1-2 years of good Revis tops, traded for Marshall and signed bum ass Skrine and finished Cro. I'm not wrong at all. He signed 0 in their prime players with again the exception of Skrine who was never good in the first place

prime21
Smart moves are what we need to make. We We can offer a CB 12 million but they will take 10 from a better team. Do we get crazy and pay 13 or 14? Then we are nuts.
