Oh man, read the first post quickly and thought you wanted Jonathan Martin the OL....like Jonathan Martin I'm threatening Incgognito and my old High School with guns Martin   https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/jonathan-martin-arrested-after-gun-threat-to-two-nfl-players-and-old-high-school/

Glad to see this place hasn't gone COMPLETELY off the the deep end!

We still have the exact same holes we had last season. Besides acquiring in Bridgewater some non-zero chance of a long-term solution at quarterback, everything has been lateral. Williams for Davis. Johnson for Claiborne. Crowell for Forte. Long for Johnson. McCown for McCown. We'll do the same thing at tight end. We'll return Mauldin from injury to substitute in for Ealy and maybe get lucky and replace Wilkerson's snaps with whoever the next guy up is but this whole flurry of activity is basically to stay in the same place.

Just because you've seen how this movie ends doesn't mean you should spoil it for everyone else. Plus unlike the one who signed those 2017 players, this GM knows what he's doing. Case in point: in this year's version the replacements' costs are about triple.

So therefore they can't be generally lateral changes, smart guy.

We have a lot of holes at a lot of positions.  What we have for the moment is some semblance of lower tier talent that won't get completely embarrassed.  We have some amount of strength and youth at safety and on our Dline.  We may or may not have talent at WR (that depends if Enunwa comes back ok) and we now have a pretty good cb1.

What we really need are game changing players on offense and premium OL.  We simply don't have anything on the level of a Gronkowski or Antonio Brown, or a rb like Kamara.  We also really need some sort of edge rusher somewhere as well...

In short, the same as we've always had.  Oh and yea we still need a qb if Bridgewater fails to come back from his injury

Rome wasn't built in a day.  But it think how this draft plays out will define the franchise for a while.
