Jetsbb
Kim Jones, Evan Roberts, Boomer Esiason, Chris Russo, Mel Kiper all have Josh Allen getting picked after Darnold and before Rosen either by the Jets or a team that trades in front of the Jets. Before the Jets made the trade I thought the top 2 were Darnold and Rosen but that seems to have changed. With how much everyone talks with front offices and scouts this can't be a coincidence that all of a sudden these insiders all have Allen over Rosen. Seems like there is a real chance it goes Browns: Darnold Giants: Barkley Jets: Josh Allen. Should be a fun time reading this board after this happens. Larz
Rosen has some flags. Allen checks some key boxes. Pundits also had geno Smith going early and Aaron Rodgers slid to pick 22 or whatever Handing in the card is just the beginning. Developing the guy, building a line in front of him and then Resigning the guy is more important
RJIII
Allen is the best QB in this draft. I'm not sold on either of the California QB's however I would be fine with Allen or Mayfield in that order.

Warfish
Will be what it will be. I doubt Macc reads JN, and even if he did, we can't get 25% of this forum to agree on a single QB prospect at this point, lol. If it turns out be Allen > Rosen, ok. I guess we'll have a guy with a bazooka arm who might struggle to break 50% comp. at the pro level, at least early on. Whomever it is, we should all know he'll be Hackshirted in 2018. No chance he plays outside maybe (stress maybe) late season garbage time. We all know tho that Macc/Bowles doesn't do things like 'play the kid" even in trash time. i.e. look at Hack. A #51 pick who never took a single snap over TWO 5 win seasons (stunning isn't it?) Teddy Wounded Knee Bridgewater is almost assuredly our starter in 2018. Ok, such is life, lets go Teddy! morny
If Mac takes Allen over Mayfield, this place will be red hot on draft night. If Mac takes Allen over Rosen, this place will be an absolute warzone. Sheer anarchy.

They think Browns take Allen. I would love to have Rosen over all the others, but would be fine with Darnold or Allen. I just think Rosen will play a lot this year. The other guys will need more time IMO.

Even if Allen goes #1 I think there's a great chance the Giants take Darnold at #2 or else get blown away in a trade offer (I'm guessing Buffalo). I don't think Darnold is falling to us. If we want him, we're going to have to go up and get him. But that's just my hunch.

KINGDIRK
Mayock has Allen over Rosen right now as well. If we’re gonna miss BIG, go with Allen. At least we swung for the fences. I have a feeling that’s what I’ll be telling myself on draft night.

But we’ve blown our draft capital already (I love the trade up). plus Dorsey is a real GM. He’s not getting cute. He’s taking his top rated QB. Even if it’s Allen no way Gmen pass on Darnold. HawkeyeJet
The thing that doesn't get talked about enough is that Rosen just simply might not be every teams cup of tea personality wise. That doesn't mean he is a character concern(to me at least, but he could turn teams off when he sits down with them. I'm sure there are teams that would take Allen prior to Rosen. I'm sure others would take Rosen first. I also think "pundits" consider Allen a much better prospect than the general consensus is on here. Hack-lash attributes to that.
