Bills should draft the 2 best OLine and a QB with their first 3 picks. The best Value would be OT from Notre Dame and G from UTEP in 1st round, Lamar Jackson, Rudolph, or Falk in the 2nd round.

With Incognito gone, who the Hell is gonna break in all those young guys?

Buffalo and Miami are both in brutal positions. Buffalo has a little bit more light at the moment due to the draft picks, but all of that goes out the window if they cannot trade up. Miami looks like a bottom of the barrel franchise for the next couple of years.

Although I have been a fan of some of the stuff that the Bills have been doing, I think they have overshot the runway.

They should use the picks they have to build their roster and not trade up for a QB.

Frankly, someone interesting could drop to their first pick in the first round.

I do think that all of the decent QBs will be drafted in the first 2 rounds-Rudolph, Jackson, Lauletta, perhaps others.

Disagree. They can get a lot of very cheap young starters with all their picks. But I hope they do something stupid like trade all their picks and select josh Allen at 2?

Plus they traded away Cordy Glenn, one of the Top 10 LT’s in the league.

Talk about a sh*t situation for a young QB.

plus their two starting receivers are Kelvin Benjamin, who is always injured it seems and Zay Jones who is one step away from a mental institution.  Plus their starting QB is AJ McCarron and none of the top 4 will be around by pick 12.  Plus they have the worst linebacker group in the Division, Conference and probably the NFL.

I'm a GM for Buffalo in a mock with no trades allowed.  I took Roq and Sutton in rd 1.  Might have went Hernandez instead of Sutton had I known about Incognito, but Incognito is 35 and was on the last year of his deal after reluctantly accepting a salary reduction, so there was a need at G anyway.  They will just have to draft a G earlier.

They have a dilemma. Trade picks and move up for your QB but no way to fill all the holes.  Keep your picks, grab Lauletta, Falk, White or maybe even Rudolph with one of their 2nd round picks but use all the other picks to fill those holes.

Incognito was all gung ho about this coming year. I guess his Doctor told him WTF are you doing out there ? I guess he's quite bitter about the salary cut but says that's NOT why he quit.

Luckily, for them, they have 6 picks in the 1st 3 rounds so they have the ammo to plug some gaps. Can't see them moving up for a QB now.

I like your idea of grabbing a QB later in the draft.

With so many holes I think this Incognito retirement cancels any plans to move up for a QB. TOO many openings to fill. They do have 6 picks in the first 3 rounds.

They could take the jets blueprint and pay zero attention to the Oline ha. I think after trading Taylor they have to be thinking qb

And it's not a good spot for a young QB right now.  Their center Eric Wood retired earlier this off-season
and now it seems like Richie Incognito is also going to call it a day:

Their best OLineman is Ducasse, good luck with that

What about Scott Wood?

They don't HAVE to grab a QB. They have McCarron .

Lol. That’s worse than saying jets don’t have to take a qb because we have josh McCown ?. They signed AJ for 2 yrs for backup $$.. they can even cut him after this yr without much dead cap. He is not a bad guy to have a backup

I think the Bills are thinking tank. Put a bunch of young picks around AJ, who’s just good enough to help rookies develop but not good enough to win, and give them a year of experience to be ready for the QB they draft next year.

If they are thinking tank it would be best to trade a bunch of their picks ( would be starters ) for a qb they can sit for a yr.
