Jets QB Josh McCown has enduring quality

With the exception of a Wentz-Foles setup the Jets have pretty close to the perfect QB room situation.  This is what rebuilding teams do.  Draft the young “future” guy, sign an older, experienced “sage” to serve as a professional example, and even have another young “lottery ticket” type guy (Bridgewater).

There is no secret formula year.  It’s fairly obvious and we’re seeing it with other sub .500 teams like the Browns with Taylor and Baker, the Cardinals have Bradford, Glennon and now Rosen.

A combination of strategic decisions and a sprinkling of good luck have setup the Jets with a very good QB situation IMO.

Wentz-Foles have a top 3 offensive line. Maybe even mark Sanchez could play decent behind that line ??. I hope Bates is as great as advertised. I thought Morton should have given coach of yr for job he did with what little he had to work with
