Bottom banner is from the Jets homepage and is what sits underneath the wordmark. Certainly looks like the 'buildings' we've heard about. I could see that inside the collar. There have been multiple sources that have confirmed the colors are green, white and black. The Jets have been using the same green as the tie in all their promotional/marketing for the past year but some refuse to admit it's more than coincidence. They've also been using a lot of black as well, as you can see in the draft hat. There has been zero grey used but feel free to cling to hope because the guy in the 5th row of the video was wearing a grey/blue sweater jacket.
