I respect what he’s talking about how when he was younger he felt the need to do everything to prove himself but he’s since realized he can lean on his staff. He's got the right mental approach to coaching now and he already had the brains and manic work ethic. I think he’d make a great HC. Hopefully Mac recognizes it ? One of the few NFL coaches who comes off as a human being rather than a drill instructor type (e.g. Gregg Williams of the Browns in Hard Knocks.)
