Bridgewater & 6th Rounder traded to Saints for a 3rd Rounder

Well I didn't see that coming. Compensation can't be anything crazy coming from the Saints??

YES perfect landing spot for TBW, him and Sean Payton will continue to dominate offensively for 10+ years after Brees retires.

Great place for Teddy as backup to Brees and potential for future.  Hope we got at least a fourth with a conditional chance for 3 with playing time.

Mack probably panicked and we got a 6 that could be a 5.

Anyone saying this is a dumb move has no clue.  The jets were always trading Bridgewater, he was never taking a snap for us. Unfortunately no big QBs got hurt so we have to take what we can get.

Draft picks in the plural?  Perhaps not bad.  Surprised though and a bit of a gamble.  Beachum stays hurt and Wolford is your new started by mid season.

They should have waited, but it's clear they didn't want the $5 million guarantee to kick in once the season started. I'll withhold judgment until I see what draft picks they got.

NOS probably didn't give up anything significant. They're already without their #1 next year.... it's gonna be peanuts.

That means no one was kicking down the door this year... Maybe it'll be a surprise and we'll be getting Ingram :0

Lol don’t do this to me. I like the (S) in draft picks though.🤗

WTF was the rush to do this? Playing scared once again, did not want a QB controversy I guess.

Amazing though that teams are now doing what I have said teams should be doing for years.  If your team is good make sure you have a good backup in case the starter gets hurt because the season is not lost.

For all the cock-sucking that Costello, Manish, and Hughes have done for the organization this summer, none of them got within a mile of an advance on this story.

Was just looking for anything from them and they are silent.

I’m going to guess it’s a fifth with a conditional third (based on 2019 playing time) attached.
