Sexual pictures in the thread where I say I just said we can't do that. Unreal. This isn't difficult, if you aren't helping make this place better you are making it worse. Thank you to the 99.99% of the people who actually care about this site and make it great. To those like Kelly, enjoy the rest of the football season.

So is this gonna be like a strict liability thing? Because I can give my good faith best effort not to swear and am still basically guaranteed to slip up at some point because I'm so used to letting the filter catch it.

As Max and Sperm have both stated in the thread, it's the pictures that are causing the primary issue. Posting a lewd photo isn't a slip-up, it's an FU at Max and the site and the few rules we have here. We have no plans to ban people for slipping up with profanity before we get the filter back up and running, but posts will be edited and violations will be pointed out. The outlier who feels the need to continue with the profanity after being reminded a number of times to watch themselves may find themselves banned, however. 

In my real life, the f-word is my favorite verb, noun, pronoun, adjective, adverb, article, preposition and, occasionally, exclamation, yet somehow I manage not to type it out here. It's not difficult.

Which is kind of impressive considering you can't manage a direct answer to a straightforward question without it turning into this.

The cursing thing:  We just want everyone to make an effort to clean up. It is absolutely going to happen. I don't see a scenario where people will get banned for cursing until it is WAY over the top.

The site was banned from ad networks for having "sexual content". That is the biggest problem right now. So when someone posts a picture of two lesbian girls going at it, yeah we can't have that. So that is definitely the larger and more immediate concern. Which is why Kelly was banned.

We have never been heavy handed moderating the forums. Going-forward we have no choice to change things. We are going to need full cooperation on this, sorry but this isn't debatable. We have to get this restriction listed, so that means:

1. Cursing:  No cursing at all. This is going to be one of the biggest areas to clean up. We have to change the word censors BUT the responsibility is NOT on the software. No Cursing. We will be ****'ing out words. I do repeat, no cursing at all, this is one of the reasons we are banned.

2. Nudity \ Lewd Images: The thread in the Lounge with all the pictures has to go. There are photos in there that contain nudity. We have looked the other way on it but we can't do that anymore. I know a bunch of people worked really hard on that but we have no choice.

This also includes photos that are graphic is nature. People have taken images from some really nasty sites and posted them here, no can do.

This is outrageous. It’s downright un-American not to curse. And how can we not curse watching this amateur team lose week in week out. And if they somehow, through some sort of divine miracle win a game here and there, it invariably leads to holy this and that. We’re screwed if we lose, screwed if we win.

She is a he and he had 3 other posts deleted in this threads. Also had several warnings on other issues the past few months. I like that we aren't heavy handed here but posting porn in a thread where I say hey the site is in financial trouble because of sexual content....that's a bit much lol.

Correct. 10 minute first rounds and no cage to exploit your opponent with (cough...cough...Khabib). Kicks, knees, and stomps to grounded opponents allowed. Yellow cards issued for stalling which resulted in pay deductions, but none of this stand-them-up sh*t.
