You mean nobody leaves Brady and is any good. O'Brien may be changing that thanks to getting a young, great QB but even the great BB himself was a failure as a HC without the greatest QB in history playing for him. No. Belichick year in and year out proves that he is an incredible evaluator of talent alone. Brady is ? but a qb alone does not do it. Look at Marino.
