And yes this IMO is the next great REAL all around HC as soon as he gets another chance, and a team that buys in to what he is selling, because when executed he sells winning. Jim Schartz is a hardcore alpha whose defense have crippled countless men with their ferocity and cruelty. However, I would be a great head coach while Schwartz was not.
