Cameron Wolfe, who covered Gase’s Dolphins for ESPN, clarified it is not health-related — Gase was probably just nervous. “I’ve got four texts about Adam Gase’s eyes during his 15-min NYJ pressers,” he tweeted. “Those are normal. May have been more pronounced today for obvious reasons. I can't wait for him to get comfortable and sparing with reporters. I saw one instance where he told a reporter 'you don't know what you're talking about' and then blew him off for the next question. That ought to go over well with the combative jets' media.
