Nolder Posted January 28, 2019 Author Share Posted January 28, 2019 I think this game failed in two regards. The money that was doled out was not balanced. I left some people with not much money intending for them to mostly be vanilla townies. In retrospect this just made them frustrated because they wanted to participate more in the auctions but didn't have the funds. It may have been better to just leave them with no money and no illusion of getting a locke r. Also I think participation held the auctions back most of the t ime. We had a couple good bid wars but not enough to justify the mechanic I think. anyway overall I'd say it was a mediocre game with a lame ending. Sorry about t hat.
