You have Bart Scott along with "Chumley" and "Secretariat", two opinionated blowhards who offer nothing tangible in any conversation. Funny, I used to like Chris Carlin, who seems to have been infected with whatever virus that seems to infect anyone who gets elevated to a "regular" slot on that station. Bart spews whatever outlandish notion that comes into his head and the two "bobbleheads" eat it up and double down with their version of the same song. Pitiful. At one point Bart seemed to give some educated, insightful viewpoints, but that occurs less and less with the bar being set so low with these two. I guess he's "playing down to the competition". Absolutely not. But if you listened to the whole segment, Bart doesn't make such an outlandish point. Yes, the closest instance to what kind of punishment Kraft should receive is Irsay but what else has Irsay done to hurt the league? This is all about "conduct detrimental to the league". One can easily argue that there has been no team in the last 50 years that has harmed the league as much as the Pats. Spygate, deflategate, the Hernandez case all cast the league in serious negative light. Add this to the pile and Krafts punishment SHOULD be much more harsh than a first time offender. If you are arrested and taken into custody your mug shot is taken, misdemeanors or felony In some instances and jurisdictions you can receive a citation to report to court for your misdemeanor crime so if you’re not actually processed through the jail no mug shot would be taken. Based upon what I’ve read so far, they plan to issue arrest warrants (at least for the people who live out of that county) which means they will take him into custody and a mug shot will then be taken. Obviously this can change or the reports can be wrong. But if he’s actually arrested there should be a mug shot, or else they’re doing him a big time favor. I’m an attorney and former prosecutor....so I know a thing or two about these kinds of things. FYI - Here’s a link to the Sun Sentinal page where they post mug shots. Notice the mug shots shown range from felonies to basic misdemeanors crimes like simple DUIs and failure to appear in court. There are tons of men out in the world who have no sexual outlet and rely on places such as massage parlors. It's why sex parlors should exist, legalized and controlled by the feds or individual states. You would then eliminate most of the issues related to sex trafficking/underage women and stop arresting adults for just dealing with their sexual needs. It's interesting though that he wasn't the only billionaire going to that place. Clearly something is up.
