More Wild Scenarios!

First up...

  • With Kyle Murray going first to the Cards and the Niners taking Nike Bosa, the Bucs are drooling at the opportunity to nab Q to replace Gerald McCoy.  Knowing he won't make it past the Raiders, the Bucs trade #5, #39 and #70 to the Jets for #3 and #93.  Mac selects: Montez Sweat, Erik McCoy, Rock Ya-Sin and Andy Isabella in the first three rounds.  In a separate post-draft trade, Mac sends Darren Lee to the Bucs for Gerald McCoy and a 2020 fourth round pick.  Jets fans can rest easy now that they know it was indeed Bowles who pushed for Lee in round one four years ago.

Next up...

  • The Falcons are looking to get back into contention and are frustrated with the Grady Jarrett negotiations.  In a stunner Mac trades #3 to Atlanta for #14, #45 and Jarrett.  Mac then selects Greedy Williams, Connor McGovern, Justin Hollins (EDGE) and Andy Isabella in the first three rounds.  Fans go wild!  Half good wild, half bad.

And last and least

  • Murray goes first to the Cards and with little time remaining on the clock, Dan Snyder goes all-in on Haskins and gives Lynch and the Niners a boat load of picks to move up to #2.  Gettleman is beginning to panic as his plan to surprise the NFL by taking Drew Lock at #6 is unexpectedly in jeopardy.  He's on the phone with Gruden who is screaming "Who's your daddy now!" at Gettleman.  After Mayock shoves Chucky's meds down his throat, he and Gettleman agree on a trade provided Drew Lock is there at #4.  Surprise!  Mac has made a deal with Elway and trades #3 and #93 for #10, #41, #71 and Courtland Sutton, WR.  Mac then selects Brian Burns, Elgton Jenkins, Amani Oruwariye and Mitch Hyatt in the first three rounds.  P.S. - Gettleman has an ace up his sleeve and plans on taking Daniel Jones at #17 but the Raiders trade up to nab him before the G-Men do.

i'm fine wit all of it. If Macc could pull off all 3 of them, that would really be wild though.

In a Maccnificent move the MaccDaddy trades down with Denver,

As part of a package that nets us two 1st, a 2nd, a 3rd and multiple late round picks, he also manages to swapp Robby Anderson for Demaryius Antwon.

Denver bails out upon reading Robby's acceptance tweet.

Final note:  Gettleman is last seen leaving the Giants draft room mumbling.."Chucky's my daddy, Chucky's my daddy", never to heard from again.

I love the thought process! These are all possible at the end of the day. This board loves to hate on anything off the beaten path, but the amount of time taken on these scenarios is respected here! Well done.

Trade #3, 96 and Lee to the Bucs for Evans and #5

then trade #5 to the Broncos for Von Miller and #10. Use #10 draft Ed Oliver/Taylor/Greedy/Jonah.

Would be a much better scenario

While we are at it lets see if the browns want to just straight up trade rosters and give us picks to boot. Maybe ask the patriots of they would give us their first rounder to take brady and bb off their hands?

Hey man there’s nothing wrong with weed might even get you thinking outside the box like op.

No problem with weed bro. Just do a smidge less before posting. Think of it as drinking and driving. Hope that clears it up for ya.

Thanks!  I actually enjoy some of the comments.  They're funny.  I make up these scenarios because it's fun and it's an alternative to the non-stop cursing out of Mac.  He's actually been criticized for things he did, things he didn't do, things he even considered doing, things he thought about not doing, blah, blah, blah.  This is so much more fun.

More wild scenarios to come!

I just like that Bosa officially changed his name to Nike. Bold move. Will definitely hurt him if he decides to negotiate with Adidas down the road.

Then after those we'll trade Metlife stadium for Julio Jones and a years supply of flinstone push-up pops

I found many of the responses to be interesting for a number of reasons.  First, despite the title (More WILD Scenarios) the fact is that each of the three scenarios is completely plausible.  Ok, maybe not the part about Chucky's meds but that was just added for entertainment purposes.

Would you not like the trade of #3 for Grady Jarrett, #14 and #45???  Point-wise it's 2200 for 1550 plus Jarrett a proven vet who is just a few months older than last year's third round draft pick!.  Makes sense to me.  And Mac's best moves have been when players are involved in trades.

The real reason I make up this scenarios is that it's infinitely more interesting and entertaining than ANOTHER post about who to take at #3!  Q! No, Bosa!  Trade down!!!  No, no, no, it has to be Allen!!!  We must fleece the Giants for #6 and #17!  Over and over and over again.  They may have different titles but they always boil down to the same responses.
