NYs Stepchild
Sounds like we're all in on this running/receiving package. I could see us moving from a pro set to an empty backfield or vice versa.

We signed Bell, now have Montgomery, and have two prospects basically in McGuire and Cannon. I'd say we're pretty set unless they take a flyer on someone later on. (Give me Alex Mattison). We got needs across the board and Bell will play a LOT. Let's bolster the O-line so it doesn't matter who's running back there.

Joe W. Namath
Why is it our gm brings in forte, bell, crowell, montgomery etc? RB is the easiest position to draft in football.

shuler82
Like the signing. He started as a WR and switched to RB after GB was decimated by injury. Not the best between the tackle runner but can make plays in space and serve as a good outlet for Sam

Paradis
Don't like the signing. Borderline trash for us. We've already got more than enough roster real estate invested in role players.

No position contributes immediately rookie year like RBs.

To me this is a guy that JETS fans hoped would turn into something that he hasn't and I don't think he will. In all seriousness what do you think you can get for McGuire? A 6? I guess I could see us trying to trade him I just don't know why any team would trade for him. lol - we couldn't get a bag of used footballs for McGuire. He's trash. TheGoose
This is a great signing. We just backed up two players (Bell, Enunwa) who may miss time due to injury. Not sure why the dislike.

Barry McCockinner
I'm excited to see what Gase does with a guy like Montgomery.
