Meanwhile a few starting calibre centers were drafted after him. There is no team building plan with this team at all in the least. That much is obvious. They had people telling you Ray Rice's behavior was no big deal, and people who said as much like Screaming A. Smith not only were kept in their jobs but have been promoted. They've had entire videos explaining away Ray Lewis's part in 2 homicides, pretended his turning stoolie was no big deal ( his former pals' jurors thought otherwise) and then hired him . For anyone who doesn't understand why - THIS is exactly why Q is a horrible pick. Its SAFE but does nothing to impact the team. We just used a 3rd overall in order to try to get more out of our wasted 6th overall and then eventually replace the aforementioned wasted pick next year. That's two PREMIUM picks wasted on solid, non-game changing players at a low-impact position. These top picks are where you're supposed to get your franchise changing players but we have high picks every year because we keep wasting them on THE SAME STUPID sh*t!!!
