Ideally also to take some classes, but to physically mature and mentally prepare for the next level. They also want to get to the NFL, make some money, and get to that 2nd contract. He won’t be a Jet 4 years from now. I’d be surprised if he’s still in the NFL 4 years from now. Most likely an injury will start the ball rolling downhill. He will be happy with the money he gets from his 3rd round contract. I hope to see him at the Daytona Poker room so I can take some of that money.
