Lmao and making gase interim gm. Yea give the job to the head coach who got rid of all the talent from his previous coaching job

“All the talent” as in an overrated overpaid  Landry and a RB that is out of the league?

Cimini on 1050 spilling all the tea. HOO BOY. Highlights:

—Chris Johnson wanted Gase and got Maccagnan to go along with it, and they spun it to make it sound like Macc was more involved in the hire than he was.

—Gase DID NOT WANT Gregg Williams.

—Gase wanted the Browns job to the point that Peyton Manning called the Browns first. Jets were the fallback.

Stop spreading crap.

Cimini said he THINKS Gase didn’t pick Williams, opinion- not a report.

UPDATES

latest reports

- Adam Gase did not know this am this was happening

- Rumor is the rift that something “went down” between Heimidinger and Maccagnan which caused Johnson to act to end dysfunction

- Gase does NOT want this on his plate. He is focused on developing Sam, just moved his family here, had nothing to do with this.

All of these guys are just speculating or passing around rumors of people who are speculating and lying. If the truth comes out it won't be for awhile.

Oh well, glad Mac is gone.

Really? Seems like a pretty damn specific report for it to be an unsourced take...

My initial thought is, why is Cimini waiting until now to spill this?

He didn’t “spill” anything but his opinion.

The Emperor is in charge. I wonder how Greg Williams, Le'Von Bell, and President MAL feel about this as well as the other players? This isn't Parcells or Belichick here.

I am sure most of us are happy that Mac is finally gone but letting him have another offseason/draft and who is now in charge leaves us with more question marks for this season as well as next year - depending on how this year plays out.

The FAK are you talking about? The HC is always in charge..

“Elite level” gm candidates? The **** is that? There are 32 of these jobs in the world- most never come open.
