These jobs don't usually open up unless there is somewhat of a sh*tshow - the sooner they take the interim cap off of Gase the better - most of the circus backlash seems to be related to "what has Gase done to deserve total control" - the facts to move on from Mac are not in debate

Basically Gase was last man standing like it or not. Mac and Himandinger gone who else in the organization should get interim control?

Really his only good draft picks in 4 years were Herndon and Sam Darnold.  Sam was a no brainer a 3 year old would have made that pick
