While I can’t discount the memory lane aspect entirely, I’d much rather see and read items from OTA’s if that’s even possible. I will say that while you can’t project an ACL Injury, slowly ramping your body back up to football shape is very important. I actually liked the types of exercises and drills we saw L Bell doing on his own. That’s the type of stuff to get the elasticity back into the joints and tendons. That was just devastating for the Skins and the player. Sucks for Crowell and the raiders too. I’d absolutely hate to see something like that happen to anyone of the jets this year. Glad to hear our strength and conditioning coach justice is so good. Let’s hope we can avoid this crap.
