Osemele.

If he has a good year and stabilizes the OL, this will be a very good offense.

Retaining Boyer as special teams coach.

+1

I came in here to post this. Through the turmoil of a coaching change and a messy GM situation we managed to hold onto what seems to be a top notch special teams coach. That unit is often overlooked but makes a big impact.

Keeping Boyer went mostly under the radar.

The Jets might not have the biggest names, or that iconic tall WR/end zone guy, but the WR corps, combined with Bells receiving ability and at least two TE's on the team that are legit offensive threats (assuming the kid drafted is legit) combined with any head coach not named Bowles and any offensive coordinator he hired, has me thinking the Jets offense will be pretty good.

Bell

Anderson

Powell

Enunwa

Herndon

Wesco

Montgomery

Powell?

Not bad

I think Brown and Herndon are plenty tall enough to be end zone men

Hiring Frank Pollack as the OL Coach... A Very Accomplished & Well Respected Coach.... coaching up the Oline Will Help the Entire Offense from Darnold to Bell to the Receivers.

He hasnt had this much talent since 2010 - am I wrong?

In 2016 with the Rams, he had Aaron Donald, Michael Brockers, Robert Quinn, Mark Barron and Alec Ogletree.  All first round picks.  The defense finished in the middle of the pack.

That's easily more talent than the 2019 Jets defense.

I think so too. And I think the WR corps is pretty good too, if Enunwa is healthy.

Anderson is the burner/deep guy, Crowder a slot guy but with big play speed, Enunwa a lot of flexibility. Maybe he's not ideal as the other outside receiver, but I like him.

I'm sort of including the sentiment a lot of fans think the Jets don't have that true #1 receiver, which is usually a bigger WR who is a big play threat.

I like what they have, especially once Herndon comes off his suspension.

After some deliberating I'm going to say Brandon "Swiss Army Knife" Copeland is the Jets most underrated move this off-season.
