Sorry! This POS earned his place in football History.

They did it incidental to war.

This isn’t about having soldiers killed.

Those mass murders were on civilians. Not casualties of war, not collateral damage.

Real, actual murder, the attempted extermination  of a people.

But they didn’t do it themselves. That’s like saying Belichick is the best QB of all time because he coached Brady.

In that thinking Genghis Khan would be a better pick. He actually killed during the wars that killed 40 million people.

Ok 8. I’d have him behind Payton, Brown, Jackson, Sanders, Dickerson, Sayers and LT

Well. Other than Brown, Simpson was the superior back to those others. Just my opinion. All great backs, but you have to look at the junk field that O. J was forced to run on.

He's a POS that doesn't deserve praise for his accomplishments. He brutally murdered an innocent man, and mother of 2.

Agree with this, however, there is no denying how great of a runner he was.

Hitler’s actions were “incidental to war?”

By that I mean the Holocaust victims, the other groups he tried to exterminate were not direct victims of the war. Not soldiers, not air raid bombing victims. They were murdered for who they were, if WWII had never started or had he won the war, he still would have committed mass murder and continued to do so. Same with Mao, Stalin, Pol Pot, evil dictators. War or no war, mass extermination.

I was gonna post it last week but hesitated, then I saw your mention of him so I figure it's important for the kids to see. FOOTBALL.

In the “best player...” thread last week I ranked him as the best player I’ve seen, with Lawrence Taylor a close second.

O.J’s actions off the field overshadowed his work on it. He should not be honoured. He’s a douche bag person.

Almost everybody who knew him would disagree. Of course, now, they wouldn't admit it. That would be a death sentence for them. He had a very volatile relationship with one person, and it ended in tragedy. Very sad.

I would put Taylor ahead of him, he changed the game. Too some, and I'm not saying you, D isn't as pretty as O. Too me it is, but, as genot said he was incredible.

I agree, you could argue  LT was the better player, but I give the nod to OJ, only because he was basically the entire Bills offense.

Different era, the running game was relied on a lot more then today, especially in cold weather games like the ones in Buffalo.

Not a knock on LT he did revolutionize his position, but OJ had the ballin his hands.

How do you feel about Charlie Manson?

I never said innocent. I said he doesn’t get credit for doing it.

Those despots get 1000% of the credit for mass murder. Whether they pulled the trigger, which they obviously did not, but rather ordered it, they are the responsible people. Not like Belli coaching a world class talent, setting up a mechanism to murder 10s of millions falls at the feet at the monsters at the top.

Look at every list of mass murderers, they don’t talk about the 1000s of soldiers that carried out the massacres, they talk about Mao, about Hitler, about Stalin and on and on.

If your argument is a literal one, well, let’s just stop now.

Especially if you take out mass murders like Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Pol Pot etc.

Well of course you take them out.  Their not murders, their all socialist  politicians.  They can do what they want.

It’s not an argument it’s a discussion. We’re talking about a person OJ who killed allegedly two people. I’m comparing him to other people who killed people not to dictators who committed genocide. Either way OJ is not in the top of that list.

My initial response was a joke but there are two levels of mass murderers.

Guys who have killed a dozen, 2 dozen, 3 dozen by their own hand.

And guys who have killed millions by their command.

My initial response was to push buttons and see who is over sensitive then mess with them.

Yes. You have serial killers who are murders and then politicians/leaders who commit genocide.

What did Ronald Goldman say to Nicole Brown Simpson when they met in heaven?

”Here’s your f*cking sunglasses”.

Too soon?

And with that I just figured out what your old username was.
