Smizzy Posted March 21, 2005 Share Posted March 21, 2005 Yankees | Jeter Misses Game with Foot Injury Sun, 20 Mar 2005 18:49:22 -0800 Associated Press reports New York Yankees SS Derek Jeter (foot) missed the team's game against the Tampa Bay Devil Rays Sunday, March 20, due to a bruised left foot. He is expected to miss a few days of action. Jeter was injured when he fouled a ball off his foot Saturday, March 19. He had X-rays, which were negative, and underwent treatment Sunday.
