Gase is smitten with Darnold

Recommended Posts

From today:

“Some of the throws he makes are ridiculous. When he’s just... everyone is collapsing on him, and he’s squared... and his shoulders are parallel-and he just flicks it 50 yards. I’m like... what is that? That’s ridiculous.”

But warfish said he has a noodle arm ?

At his presser the other day Gase put it this way, "he throws the piss out of the ball"

Already the 2nd best QB Gase has worked with in his career.  And in several ways he's more athletically gifted than Peyton.  No surprise there but still fun to read.

He did have Cutler who was pretty gifted too.  Just had a bad attitude and probably wasnt the brightest bulb in the backfield.

And of course if nothing else, Tebow was pretty gifted athletically I would think

But I agree, on every level Darnold is the 2nd most talented QB hes worked with.  For now

I beat you all, and for longer.  ?

Hmmmmm.

Hide it in the hiding place where no one ever goes
Put it in your pantry with your cupcakes
It's a little secret just the Robinson's affair
Most of all you've got to hide it from the kids

Cutler had an arm.  As for the rest, well.......and you are right--- he did not give a sh*t.

I remember watching some USC games.  He made some throws that made my jaw drop--and at big moments, too.  Talk about tight windows---how about no window?

I was there, fun to watch him.....so was Adoree’ on kickoff returns, and JuJu manhandling mouthy DBs, LBs and safeties. ?
