Forum Bug Regarding Notifications - Is this a known issue?

@Maxman The notifications piece of the forum has been screwed up for a while now.  I think the red number is correct but when I click on it, I see a lot of posts in bold even if I've already clicked on them.   It used to work perfectly.  Probably related to the most recent update (whenever that was). 

Anyone else notice this or maybe it's something related to my browser?

I noticed the "earth" icon up top moves way the right edge of the screen at times.

It makes it tough to click on to see the notifications

I find that 50% of the replies to my posts don't get a notification at all.  I would like this fixed if possible.
