Every year I go to a game or 2 and while everything on the Jets website says "Parking Pass required", they always take cash (specifically at Orange lots).

Is that still the case this year (for anyone who went to a pre-season game or is in the know)?

Thanks.

It was my understanding that they don't do that. They definitely don't in green or yellow. I know they sold a lot more orange passes this year, so I wouldn't count on it. I think if you park in a remote lot they shuttle you in. If you are doing that I would look into something like Redd's, you park there and they drive you over.

There was a long period of time (over 20 years) when I had season tickets for both the Jets and the Rangers. I also had a 20 game Mets package.

i read threads like this about how much “parking passes”cost,  and I’m so happy I gave them all up before the PSL era and moved down south for much of the year. I’m really not trying to be a jerk here, but at what point do you people who are STHs start to think you’re being taken advantage of?

You could probably get good prices on yellow or green permits at ticketmaster.

No chance.  You always pay over face value for parking on the 3rd party sites.  It is the game tickets you get good value towards the end of the year if the Jets are not doing well.  Let's hope that doesn't happen this year.

It really is sad.  Season ticket holders pay $250 for the year / $25 a game.  I have friends who are going this week and asked if they could jump in my truck but I don't have the room.  I think he said he paid $80 or something like that for a yellow parking pass after the fee's.
