The losing play of the game was Henry Anderson's roughing the passer on 3rd down. I don't care about the missed extra point or missed field goal. What a dunce!

and what a terrible call that was, he bumped into him

It is here, the 2019 season kicks off today at 1pm. Metlife will be rocking with the return of Fireman Ed. We have the JN Group Outing and tailgate. It will be a blast as we watch the Jets start

Only idiots puff out their chests when their team loses.
Its 1 game.  You may be used to quitting at the 1st sign of adversity but I doubt these guys are wired that way.

The defense sure seemed wired that way today! Still waiting for that breakout season from Leo and for Adams to make an impact.

And still played better than Darnold. Darnold had L. Bell as well. At least your pass rush was good lol................

Nah. He didn't play better than Darnold, who was ass too.  Our pass rush was nothing compared to yours.

I'm no Jets fan, but that RTP call on Anderson was one tough break.  50/50 call & probably the difference in the game...

It was a stupid play. These refs throw the flag if you breathe on a QB let alone bump them. If he doesn't hit him it's 4th down and no FG.

Ok  . Wife (huge Bills fan) thought it was marginal. That might have been the turning point of the game. Damn shame.

He has to know better at that point in the game. If you bump into or knock down the QB with more than one step after he releases the ball, you're going to get a penalty 99% of the time. It wasn't a big hit, but it was late, and avoidable.

Even as biased as I am towards the jets, anderson had no business doing that. Looked like an obvious call IMO. Just dumb and irresponsible.

Did anyone with the last name Williams play today?
All of you IDIOTS who thought it was smart to draft a DT at 3 instead of "reaching" for an offensive lineman or trading down can eat sh*t.
The "next Aaron Donald" played like Ronald McDonald.
The Jets better put up 40 next week bc they are not going to stop the Browns WR's at all next Monday night.
Just a totally disgusting game.

The next Aaron Donald was on the other team. Drafting a DT would have been ok had it been Oliver, not Q.
