Kalil must be benched

Of all the crazy threads today, this one I agree with.  Of course no one replied to it. lol  90% of the pressure on Sam today, came right up the gut.

Kalil was horrible.  Harrison played very well during the pre-season, and at the end of last season, Harrison should start next week, or expect the same.

He looked like Colin Baxter out there.

Given what our record might look like in a few weeks he could well retire before the season’s over.

I was worried when he wasn’t ready for preseason games. Think he’s either rushed the return or he’s just completely done. The group needs chemistry whoever we go with, you could tell they’d never played together.

Guy was good in his day-------------------He's done

The timing of his return was strange. I don't blame Douglas for taking a shot - Even with Harrison's looking okay I think everyone still considered it a major hole. He's desperately looking for stopgaps to the ridiculously short roster he inherited but with hindsight it was always a lot to ask of Kalil to come in and contribute on such short notice. It's also not really a position you can ease your way into either.

Anything to deflect blame from Sam.

Sam had zero time to throw today. Was constantly harassed by the Bills D line. No QB is going to succeed with the pressure he was under today. And even when Sam got a few plays in, he was running for his life, had to to constantly improvise in the pocket. Sam wasn’t great today. Granted. But he looked incredibly gun shy and had no confidence behind this putrid line.

The o-line settled after the half. He was pressured 9 times and sacked 4 times in the whole game. That’s not insane especially when most of those occurred in his first few drives.

Yea ok which is why the offense scored only 1 TD on 4 turnovers. The D out scored the offense. Just pathetic. The OL IS NEARLY half the offense and they were a mess the entire game. It’s mind boggling Bell had a decent game. Sam couldn’t even throw any passes over 10 yards since he had no time. This is going to be a very long season.

What if they only scored 1 TD because Sam played pretty bad? He underthrew a wide open Robby twice. He overthrew him once. He got 6 passes blocked at the line.

The OL isn’t good. It wasn’t as terrible as people act like it was, especially in the 2nd half.
