*****Official New York Jets vs Cleveland Browns Game Thread*****

Plan: hold off on Darnold until he is good and f'n ready. Maybe week 10; Get #2 or #3 pick, hope there is a LT or dominant WR - trade up and grab a center...

Let me spell this out for you:

Sean Payton: Drew Brees 1 ring
Mike Tomlin: Big Ben 1 ring
Bill Cowher: Big Ben 1 ring
Dungy: Peyton Manning 1 ring

I can go on. McCarthy has a .613 career winning percentage. Please stop insulting football fans intelligence.

I believe we had -13 yards of passing in the 1st half. That has got to be ANOTHER NEW YORK JET RECORD.

Eh idk. Those kinds of Jets records are hard to beat.

With all The Browns fire power.  the defense is playing well.  The offense is abysmal.  I am not a fan of his,  do not care for his politics,  but Kapernick may be the only QB out there that can salvage this at the moment.  Falk is nowhere near ready and Trevor most likely done until week 12.  The life of a Jets fan.

You don’t want to give a coach too much rope, but you have to feel for Gase, considering what he’s gone through here and in Miami

Sure, I'd feel for him if he was making minimum wage but he's not so f him

It’d be refreshing if this is accountability, which we haven’t seen here since Mangini

Next would be letting edoga get LT experience

Why haven't they even mentioned our starting CB not playing. He didn't even start the game.

If booger McFarland says one more  time that we should give the ball to bell iam going to lose it

1st quarter, back to back statements, by Booger:

"Nick Chubb makes this thing work, he's the center...blah, blah"

"Baker Mayfield really makes this whole thing come together... blah, blah"

He's awful. Still better than Witten, who was more of an "A is for Cookie" type of smooth brain.

I don't like the fact that he is the only competent player we have out there, but thats what Macc left us.

Booger is an appropriate name, in this case!

D playing well overall. O very poor, but that's to expected given the circumstances. Falk not looking overwhelmed though.

All that chatter from the Browns about the Jets being dirty under Williams, yet it's Myles Garrett who has the 2 dirtiest plays with 2 late hits on Siemian - including the one that injured the guy. Garrett should be out of the game, huge fine coming for him this week.
