2 year "statute of limitations" for prosecution?  Seems a little short.  Don't care enough to research PA state law, but 2 years?  Not right.

I don't think this was ever a criminal case... its always been a civil case. She filed a police report to help with the civil case.. This was never going to go to a criminal investigation
