I agree here... I don't see how this is intimidation... He was whining about someone he thought scammed him and wanted someone to look into her background... I would do the same if I felt I was getting scammed...

Or look into her background to see if she has scammed other people before... Or check to see what she has done... or if she is a druggy. Again digging into the background is done for most labor jobs or NFL players or most people really to understand who this person is...

Fine... thats how you see it. He texted pictures of the kids to make fun of her not to intimidate... but maybe its code... maybe thats how things are done... I just see it as a guy complaining looking at her social media and making fun of her and asking his lawyer to look into her background...
