We have to make sure we take a tackle and wr with our first two picks because that is the strength of the draft. Always draft to the strength of the draft....only fools think they can deal with scraps after the inevitable run on the strongest positions.

We still have free agency to get another guard.

Yea agreed. Only WR we have going into next year is Crowder.

When you neglect it forever and sign average at best players over the years this is what you get. You can live with 1 or 2 of these guys mixed in with some high caliber players but you can't live with all of these guys combined together especially at tackle and center.

The Jets line consists of a 7th round pick at left tackle, a 6th rounder at right tackle, a 34 year old center who was talked out of retirement, a player in Osemele whose the best of the bunch but was coming off a down year, and a player in Winters who just has never been all that good.

You can plug an average player in between two guys who are above average at their positions, the Jets did this with Slauson in 2010, but he was playing in between Ferguson and Mangold when they were in their primes and the Jets had a top line, but it's very hard to make it work with this group.

They also might be built for the blocking scheme the Jets are using. Switching it up might help a little.
