Gase is incompetent and the reason that we have Falk is Gase. During the Bye he should have done something. He's had 3 weeks to try to improve that situation he and Douglas apparently don't think Falk sucks.
 


To quote Parcells. You cant just dial 1-800-quarterback and find one who can win you game. We dont even know if Sam can win us games yet.

I just saw him on the “Gase show” for the first time. What a nightmare. He is focused on minutiae of the game, things that impress him, like some fan watching in his basement, but without an overall perspective of the whole game. Totally missing the forest for the trees. And he can barely articulate a thought. I know the jets are an incompetent organization but even so I can’t believe they gave this guy a head coaching job, or anyone ever has. I have to believe he wasn’t their first choice and were left with no other.

Yes-- lol -- stupid. defense is playing hard and has outscored our offense this season. they have played the entirety of the game with the exception of what, 2 offensive drive that went more than 3 plays....

Gase the offensive guru can't manufacture anything on offense even after a BYE.... and don't give me the Luck Falk sucks bullsh*t either. they knew/know Falk is worthless but the didn't try to find another viable backup.

Yup. Sam will mask some of the issues we are seeing today. The reality is that we need an entirely new OL. I was hoping Edoga could be the answer at RT, but it doesn't look like it.

Hmm a little over a year ago the Jets had Sam Darnold, Teddy Bridewater with Josh McCown being the 3rd string QB.  This idea that Falk was the only QB available is preposterous.  Sim also is not a quality back up to me, is he as good as Bridgewater or McCown, I don't think so?

that number does not work for coaches as well.....Gase brought in Falk it is no simpler then that. If think Flk sucks then blame gase and his talent evaluation skills

Sim has won games in this league so I do think he is a quality back up. Those two back ups you mentioned werent available this offseason and most teams dont even carry three QBs into the season. The Jets didnt last year.

But there usually are “tells” and they’re instantaneous as was noted aa the book “Blink” was mentioned on these boards.  Like one look at Maccagnan you think “usher in a porno movie” not “GM of a pro football team”.  

One look at Q. Williams “smiling country bumpkin”, would never be associated with “Top DT in the NFL”.

Jets...one of the most mismanaged, pathetic organizations in sports history.
