Lost in all of this hoopla is that Brock Osweiler just retired.

So who was that elusive street QB who was going to magically engineer wins for the Jets in Darnold’s absence?

Mahomes dislocated knee cap

How long does it take to recover from a dislocated kneecap?
about 6 weeks or longer especially for returning to strenuous sports.

Ugh, I was watching the Yankee game. Did the Mahomes injury look serious?

Such a bummer. Love watching that guy and I always root for KC once we are eliminated because their fans have suffered just us much as us.

Andy Reid called a QB sneak he torqued his leg and the knee popped, they are saying dislocated knee cap.

Reports are they popped it back in on the sidelines and he walked to the locker room.

They popped it back in on the field.  There is clear video of it out on Twitter.

Figure 7 or 8 weeks.  At least they didn’t lose him for the season.  Their offense hardly lost a beat as well, that’s how stacked they are.

Flacco might not make it through this game.

6 sacks already (I guess you don’t have to draft a passrusher early, 4th round, 2nd round, 4th round, 4 round)

1. Their D had struggled all season prior to this point.

2. At least they drafted several athletic pass rushers. Next best thing if you don’t use a 1st on it or spend big at the position in FA.

They have 20 sacks on the season.

None of them in the first round.

Have to quibble here. The Super Bowl is not just one game. It's a tournament with participants selected from the best performers over 16 regular season games. If you get there, it's not a fluke, even if the game itself has an unexpected result or crazy finish.

Chiefs should be trading for defenders.

Clark was traded to the Kansas City Chiefs along with the Seahawks' 3rd round selection in the 2019 NFL Draft, in exchange for the Chiefs' 1st and 3rd round selections in the 2019 NFL draft and a 2nd round selection in the 2020 NFL Draft. After the trade, he signed a five-year contract worth $105.5 million with $63.5 million guaranteed.[34]
